Frequently asked questions
What's required to list my aircraft?
A valid DGCA Air Operator Certificate and basic fleet details. Submit the application above and our team will review it before anything goes live.
What is BookAir's cut?
You give us a net price for the trip. We quote the customer ourselves, and our margin sits on top of your figure rather than coming out of it. Payment terms and timing are set out in the partnership agreement before any booking, and nothing is deducted from your payout without your written agreement.
What happens after I submit an application?
We check your DGCA standing and fleet details, then a partnerships manager calls you, usually within two working days. If it fits, we send a short partnership MoU; once that is signed you get a partner login and start receiving trip requests.
Do my customers become BookAir's customers?
The customer who books through BookAir is ours to handle, and the MoU asks you not to approach them directly outside the platform. Anyone you already work with stays yours: tell us within seven days of an enquiry and that relationship is excluded.
Will my name and prices be shown on the website?
No. The public site lists aircraft types only. Customers never see which operator is flying them, your contact details, your tail numbers or your price, and no other operator sees your pricing either.
Can I list more than one aircraft?
Yes. Mention your full fleet in the application, or reach out once your first aircraft is approved to add more.
Is there a fee to list on BookAir?
Basic listing has no upfront fee. Any paid features, such as featured placement, are discussed separately and are always optional.
