Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because each charter or air ambulance flight is arranged with an independent operator, refund and cancellation terms vary by operator and will be shared clearly at the time your quote is confirmed.

Booking tokens

Where a booking token or advance payment is collected, its refundability will be stated explicitly before payment.

Air ambulance bookings

Given the urgent nature of medical evacuation, cancellation terms for ambulance bookings are communicated verbally by our coordination team at the time of confirmation.
