Terms of Service

BookAir is a platform operated by Bitola Industries Pvt Ltd that connects customers with independent, DGCA-regulated charter and air ambulance operators across India.

Our role

BookAir acts as an intermediary. Flights are operated by third-party operators who hold their own regulatory approvals; BookAir does not itself operate aircraft.

Quotes

Prices shared are indicative and confirmed only once an operator accepts a booking. Final pricing, availability, and flight execution are the operator's responsibility.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are set by the operating carrier for each booking and will be communicated at the time of quote confirmation.

Liability

BookAir facilitates the connection between customer and operator; liability for flight operations rests with the operator under applicable Indian aviation law.
